Agreement
By downloading or using NeuraLock, you agree to these terms and the applicable terms of the store through which you obtain it. For Apple distributions, these terms supplement Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The applicable store terms control where required.
What NeuraLock does
NeuraLock protects selected apps and websites according to settings you choose. It uses Apple's Screen Time frameworks on iOS and a disclosed, on-device Accessibility service on Android. Features include schedules, interruptions, Strict Mode, and Emergency Lock.
Your control and responsibility
You choose the content and duration of each Lock. NeuraLock does not disable app removal, app installation, account changes, or device-management controls. You remain responsible for your device, your accounts, and decisions made before, during, or after using the app.
Not medical or emergency care
NeuraLock is a behavioral self-control tool. It is not medical care, mental-health treatment, financial advice, crisis intervention, or a substitute for professional help. The app cannot guarantee that every app or website remains inaccessible, that an urge passes, or that loss or harm is prevented.
Subscriptions
Paid memberships are billed through your platform's app store account. Subscriptions renew according to the terms shown at purchase and may be managed or canceled in that store's subscription settings. Store pricing, trial, cancellation, and refund terms govern the transaction.
Availability and changes
Protection behavior depends on your operating system, browser, platform frameworks, authorization status, and device conditions outside our control. We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product and platforms evolve.
