Email support@neuralock.app. Include your phone model, operating-system version, NeuraLock version, and what you expected to happen. Never include passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive message content.
A Lock is not blocking
Confirm the Lock is switched on and its schedule is active. On iOS, confirm Screen Time access remains authorized. On Android, confirm NeuraLock Protection is on in Accessibility settings. Open NeuraLock once after restarting your phone to refresh its current state.
I need access now
Use the interruption options shown on the restricted screen when that Lock allows them. Emergency Lock does not allow interruptions while its timer is active. You can always delete NeuraLock or revoke its protection permission through iOS or Android; NeuraLock does not disable those controls.
Subscription help
Purchases and refunds are handled by the app store through which you subscribed. Manage your membership in that store's subscription settings. Use Restore Purchases after reinstalling or changing devices with the same store account.
Urgent personal or financial risk
NeuraLock is not an emergency service. If you believe you may harm yourself, another person, or your financial safety, step away from the device and contact a trusted person, a relevant financial institution, a licensed professional, or local emergency services.
